How do I cancel or reschedule a trial class?

So you have your trial class all set up, but whoops, you have a meeting at work, an appointment you can't miss, and you need to cancel.

No problem, here at Live Lingua we know (from experience) that life can get in the way.

To cancel or reschedule your trial class just email your class coordinator at info@livelingua.com to let them know.

If you plan on rescheduling right away, let them know a day and time that works for you.

If you are not sure on when will be convenient and you just need to cancel, just ask them to cancel the class until further notice.
