My student is not on my list

You are planning on logging a paid class for a student, but they do not appear on your student list?

Why is that? Well, if a student does not have a class logged as completed for a certain period of time (30 days or more), then the system set's their account to Inactive. This does not mean they are not your student, and rest assured you will remain assigned as their teacher. When a student is Inactive their credits are safe and remain available to use and schedule, but they are not shown on your student list again until they get reactivated.

What do I need to do? OK, so you need to get your student reactivated, to do that simply email your class coordinators and request they reactivate the student. To ensure they are able to easily identify the student in question, please inform them of the student's full name and email if you have it to hand.
