Using my Live Lingua business account

Here is an overview of the functionality available on the Business Account Dashboard.


Where can I login to my business account?

Here is the login URL: https://www.livelingua.com/groups/login


Once you've logged in you will be able to:

  1. Review the credit history and movement of classes to and from your user accounts on the Credits page: https://www.livelingua.com/groups/credits
  2. Manage and allocate class credits to your teams accounts via the Manage Students area: https://www.livelingua.com/groups/dashboard#/


On the Manage Students tab, you will be able to view the following information:

  • Number of classses scheduled
  • Number of class hours completed (credits used)
  • Number of credits available
  • View all completed class logs by user
  • View all submitted evaluations by user

When you have made a purchase and you have available class credits on your Business account, you will also be able to allocate out your purchased classes to individual users.
