What is Live Lingua’s cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel your class by writing an email to info@livelingua.com or directly to your teacher no later than 24 hours before the scheduled class. 

Scheduled classes are any communication in which the teacher has confirmed the class, whether it is via email, Skype chat, speaking on Skype or Zoom, or scheduling the class via your Live Lingua student dashboard. 

Any cancellation after 24 hours before the scheduled class time will be expected to be paid for in full and will not be accredited. 

If no rescheduling has been done and a student fails to attend the class, then that will be deemed as though they have attended, thus charging them in full for the class.
