How can I receive my refund?

Where payments are made using a credit or debit card and are processed via Stripe (our payment portal), refunds will be made back to the card used when making the payment.

Where payment is made via PayPal, Check, or Wire Transfer, refunds will be sent via PayPal. Those who do not have a PayPal account will need to create a free account and connect it to their bank account to receive their refund.

Refunds will be processed with 48 hrs but may take 5-7 days to appear back on the card/account used.
