What happens if I can’t remember my password?

Having trouble logging in?

If you cannot remember your password when you try logging in via the Live Lingua student login page, not to worry.

Simply click on the Forgot Password link. All you'll need to do then is add the email you used when you signed up with us. 

You'll then be sent an email with a password reset link. So open your email, click on the reset button, and hey presto, you'll be scheduling your next class before you can say 'Uno, dos, tres'.
