What is the cancellation policy for students?
A student has cancelled a class and you are not sure what the policy is?
Paid Classes: A student can cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time by contacting either the Class Coordinator or the teacher directly. They can also cancel the class via their student dashboard (only when it is 24 hrs or more ahead of the planned class time. If it is done before that time, then the student is not charged and you will not be paid.
If the student misses a class or cancels/reschedules a class with less than 24 hours of notice, the student is charged for the class and you will be paid in full. All you need to do is click on the 'Log class' button, choose the student the class was for. To log the class as missed or cancelled without due notice click on the 'No show' button shown here, this will auto-fill the class notes (see below).
Trial classes: Students can request to cancel or reschedule trial classes as and when needed. When a class is cancelled we'll do all we can to inform you as promptly as possible.
