I need to reschedule a class

At times you may need to reschedule a class with a student, here's a useful email template that your can copy, paste and edit when you let them know:

Dear {STUDENT FIRST NAME},

I hope you are well.

I am reaching out to let you know that unfortunately, I am unable to cover the class we had arranged for {day/time}. So sorry for the inconvenience.

I'd like to propose we reschedule the class for {date/time}. Would that work for you? If not let me know your preferred day and time, or feel free to reschedule the class on my calendar via your student dashboard.
